Join us as we gather to inspire and be inspired from September 15th to the 17th. On this small-scale expedition, you will explore groundbreaking ideas, new products, and enriching encounters.
We, a varied group of Dutch and international design brands, have created the design event we wished existed: an intimate creative gathering for professionals. It will be stimulating, surprising, and entirely free. It will be welcoming and spacious, with a focus on design and experience.
A coalition of brands, presenting together in one collaborative showcase. We would love for you to join us; we would love to meet interesting minds. Come and get to know the people behind these carefully selected
brands in different disciplines that stand out in craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability.
Venue & City
The Klokgebouw takes
you by the hand, like a
wise guide who both speaks
and stays silent.
We’ll meet you in the Klokgebouw in Eindhoven, the design capital of the Netherlands. The Klokgebouw is the beating heart of the city’s renowned creative district, Strijp S.
This building, like no other, has the ability to transport you from one inspiring place to another, showing you one enlightening perspective after another. It has undergone a tremendous journey itself, right there in that spot. From the 1930s, it was the Bakelite factory of Philips, the brand that made Eindhoven famous.
The Klokgebouw is excellently accessible by public transport, is close to Eindhoven Airport, has ample parking space, and is centrally located for visitors from Belgium and Germany, Welcome!
Event Design
La Bolleur loves
to celebrate life.
The interior design of this year’s Destination Design will be done by spatial design studio La Bolleur. The unique skillsets of their team of designers and makers are fully utilized in their projects. Their aim to create a pleasant and cheerful world through creativity is contagious. We love La Bolleur.
La Bolleur has been working on commissioned projects and autonomous works for the past 15 years. As they founded their studio in Eindhoven, the Klokgebouw is no stranger to them. The industrial beauty of the building is something they like to embrace in the design of this year’s event.
We’re looking forward to seeing everything come together in September. The building, the presentation and the visitors. Destination Design ’24 will be an event to remember,
